LeBlanc Communications began first as LeBlanc Consulting Group, incorporated in the State of Connecticut by Michael LeBlanc in October 1993.

Initially focused mainly on accounting systems and computer networks, the company focus soon shifted to telephone systems and computer network integration. LeBlanc Communications has since (as of 12/31/2008) installed and serviced more than 700 phone systems, with most of these being advanced IP-Telephony solutions. A significant number of LeBlanc's customers are multi-location companies, and many of the customers rely on LeBlanc for both computer and telephone system support.

LeBlanc Communications has steadily increased its customer and revenue base, evidenced by the company being awarded the Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast50 Award for five consecutive years (1999 - 2003).

The early days of the company saw a heavy focus on network integration and support, driving perhaps 70% of the business. Today, the company's revenue is about 70% from advanced telephone systems or related consulting and support, while the remainder is from network integration, carrier management, customer technical support, and other related disciplines.
