A building in Easton, CT

Located within the county of Fairfield in Connecticut, the town of Easton is a quiet area to live in. As of the census that was held in 2010, there are about 7,490 people who call this green terrain their home. The first settlers who came to Easton arrived in the year 1757 and by 1762, a congregation called the North Fairfield Society was established, which evolved to the town’s name that is known today. Because of its natural and rich soil, it has come to no surprise that farms began to appear left and right.

Easton is also famous for its historical places, which are the Ida Travell House, Aspetuck Historic District, and Bradley-Hubbel House. Some notable figures have also called Easton their home which include authors such as Hellen Keller and Elise Broach, and the blues guitarist, Johnny Winter.
