Maintenance Contracts
Telephone and network repair problems range from a single telephone or PC not working,
to an outside line not working, to the entire system crashing. Unless your system
is large enough (500+ users) to warrant an on-site technician, you typically call
and report problems to a telephone installation and maintenance company if a repair
problem arises.
For full-service, no-worry maintenance, we have maintenance plans available for
any size business. LeBlanc can diagnose and repair your telephone system no matter
what the problem. Our factory-trained staff has the knowledge and experience your
business can rely on.
Note: Don't confuse system repairs with telephone moves, adds and
changes, or "MACs". Rearranging your
telephones or changing their extension assignments and options are usually not included
in a maintenance agreement, although in some cases, this may be offered as an option
for an additional charge.
